When you book in a weekly or a fortnightly clean with Magic Clean,
the concept is that you will get the same cleaner or the same team
(generally a husband and wife) on the same day and at the same

First clean – Our cleaners are charged out at $44 per cleaner per
hour.
Second & Subsequent Cleans – If you book a weekly or a fortnightly
cleaning service, your second and subsequent weekly or fortnightly
cleans are charged at $38 per cleaner per hour.
Note: Our system works really well when the customer allows
enough time for the cleaner to clean what needs to be cleaned to
the standard that the customer wants.

ourselves, so that we can try to make sure our cleaners will have sufficient time for your clean.
Our cleaners are committed to providing the best clean they can in the time provided. If at any time you feel your cleaners are not providing
you with a good cleaning service, you can stop them, pay them for the time they have utilised so far and send them on their way.
If the clean is incomplete in the time provided, you are welcome to request us to utilise more time finishing the clean. This may require our
cleaners to return at a later time.
You just continue to pay the cleaners by the hour.

We do not recommend using Magic Clean for Oven or Window cleaning. These are more specialist tasks and are not tasks that are commonly
undertaken by Magic Clean cleaners. We have got Magic Oven & Window Cleaning, with properly trained technicians, equipped with the right
tools and equipment and cleaning products, offering a professional oven, window and BBQ cleaning service.
